We know that sometimes the product you have ordered may not be the RIGHT SIZE or FIT or you just changed your mind!! Not to worry! At Myfieldgear.com, we are ready to help you out at any stage of your experience.
Myfieldgear’s Return & Exchange policy offers you an option to return or exchange a product within 07 days from the date of receipt.
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. In case of return, you can opt for an Exchange / Full refund of the amount paid.
Please note, in case of multiple products in an order, part refund is not acceptable. Refund of the entire order only will be entertained. Refund will be applicable only in case of single product orders.
In the case of multiple products order, only exchange for partial orders will be applicable.
At the time of return, please make sure that product is in its original packaging along with all the accessories and tags intact along with the invoice.

You can return almost anything you buy from Myfieldgear.com. However for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for innerwear & socks.
Of course! We take care of all necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location (Subject to service availability & it’s up to company what method it gives to customer to return his product)
If we’re unable to provide for a pickup in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice.

Returns are FREE at Myfieldgear.com. You do not pay for Return Shipments (If Myfieldgear.com has arranged for the pick up which is subject to service availability in your region) , If customer is using his own courier then customer will have to pay for return courier charges.
Step 1: Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. You can either use the Field Gear box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own. Product such as Apparel, Shoes, Perfumes, watches come in their own boxes. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have damaged original boxes/casings.
Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from Field Gear into the original box and secure the box with an adhesive tape
Step 3: Finally, send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label, so that we can identify your shipment and validate its contents -Myfieldgear.com
Packing your returns box is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.
